If you feel that your pet needs emergency treatment DO NOT hesitate to call 830-393-3421 or come in immediately (during regular business hours). If possible, please call before coming in so that a team member can advise you on the situation, as well as start prepping for your arrival. For ESTABLISHED CLIENTS, we offer after-hours emergency services.
After-Hours Emergency Instructions
When you call our office, you will be instructed to “press 2” where you will then be asked to leave your contact information (name, number, pet’s name and brief description of what is happening). Our on-call veterinarian will return your call typically within 30 minutes. They will then be able to answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding your pet’s well-being. If you do not hear back from us within 30 minutes, the on-call veterinarian may be occupied with another patient or in surgery. In the event the on-call veterinarian is with another emergency and you have a life threatening emergency please seek treatment elsewhere or try calling a second time.
